038600 STRAP OIL FILTER REMOVER

This strap oil filter is comprised of a polyester web strap with steel tightening shank. The double ended shank has a 13/16" external hex and a 1/2" internal square drive to suit a variety of applications. Designed for the removal of oil, fuel and water filters as well as other automotive applications. The compact design allows the product to be used in confined spaces.
